Time is such a game. It feels like it's always running just ahead of us. Crafting our journey. Closing doors. Opening ones we don't neccesarily want to walk through.

More of it changes our perspective. Less of it makes us feel small. And sometimes just the right amount allows us to bump into something so good.

Time gave this maybe-otherwise-unlikely relationship permission to come to life. Elizabeth packed up her car and moved from North Carolina to Indiana because the timing was right -- and she had been introduced to the man she would spend the rest of her life with.  Living in the same city for the first time they realized just how right it was.

And on this day in early January, in the company of just a few family members, Elizabeth and Dave gave their lives to each other in one of the most moving ceremonies I've witnessed. Felt like time stopped...

Elizabeth is a wonderful friend and an incredible artist and I'm so thankful I have had the opportunity to walk through a bit of life with her.
